Jonathan (Jon) joins Cedar Hill Golf & Country Club on January 1, 2023, with over 25 years of high-end Resort and private club experience. For the past two years, Jon has been the Director of Food and Beverage at Cherry Valley Country Club in Skillman, NJ. During his career, Jon has served in many aspects of Club operations however, it is in Food and Beverage where he found his true passion. Now with over 19 years of experience as a Food and Beverage Director in private clubs, Jon’s love of the fast-paced environment and drive to create a friendly, yet professional experience, has provided him the knowledge and skills to build, mentor and manage incredibly successful, energetic, and highly skilled teams. Jon’s extremely excited to join the team at Cedar Hill and is looking forward to meeting the Membership and working closely with the Board of Directors and member committee’s to further enhance your Food & Beverage experience at Cedar Hill. Jon currently lives in Pompton Lakes, New Jersey with his wife Nanci and 2 children, Gavin and Finlee. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, going to their children’s swim meets and, as a bucket list item, has set a goal for himself to compete in an Ironman Triathlon within the next 2 years.
